1 What material is used in industrial valve manufacturing?

Various materials are used in the manufacture of Ball Valves depending on the media flowing through it. The most common material is Cast Steel, the equivalent casting grade is WCB. Apart from this SS304 (CF8), SS316 (CF8M), Super Duplex Steel, Hastelloy is also used. 2 What are the applications of valves?

Valves are basically used to regulate the flow of fluids by stopping, diverting or controlling. The most common application is to stop and start the flow. Diverting of flow is achieved by using 3-way valves and controlling is done by control valves.

4 Do you have a minimum order quantity ?

It will depend on the type of valve required and is decided on a case to case basis.

5 Do you provide site survey or video survey?

Both are possible.

6 How long will it take for the order to be dispatched?

It will depend on the type of valve ordered. Our typical lead time is 4 to 6 weeks.

10What is the maximum temperature rating for Stainless Steel Valve ?

The temperature rating of the ball valves depends on the pressure rating and the seats used. PTFE seats, which are the most common, can withstand temperatures till 230 deg C. For higher temperatures, Peek seats are used. For still higher temperatures Metal seats are used.
