All sizes and types of Kavaata Ball Valves conform to Article 3, Paragraph 3 (Sound Engineering Practice) of Directive 97/23/EU, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 May 1997. As such, these valves will not bear the 'CE' marking or the number of a notified body. A conformity certificate is issued to this effect.
