Stringent Quality checks are carried out at each stage of production to make our Valves operate trouble free for a long time resulting in customer delight and repeat orders. Strictly adhering to standards makes our valves safe to use under the recommended pressure and temperature conditions. Our valves adhere to the following standards -

BS5351 (Now ISO17292) / API6D	-	For Valve design
ASME B16.34	-	For Wall thickness and pressure-temperature rating
BS6755 part 1	-	For Valve Testing (non fire safe)
ANSI B16.5	-	For Flange Dimensions in case of Flanged Valves
ANSI B16.10	-	Face to Face Dimensions

CE Marking

All sizes and types of Kavaata Ball Valves conform to Article 3, Paragraph 3 (Sound Engineering Practice) of Directive 97/23/EU, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 May 1997. As such, these valves will not bear the ‘CE’ marking or the number of a notified body. A conformity certificate is issued to this effect.
